COMMUNITY NEWS
Emergency Preparedness
As we navigate through unpredictable weather and potential emergencies, it’s important to be prepared and stay informed. We encourage everyone to review and update their emergency plans, ensure your emergency kits are stocked with essentials, and stay connected through local alerts. Knowing your evacuation routes and having a communication plan for your family will make a significant difference in a crisis. By taking these proactive steps, we can all contribute to a safer community. Let’s work together to stay prepared and protect one another. We’ve added a few links below to assist you in preparing for any potential emergencies.
Please be aware that Terra Siesta Co-Op does not have an emergency shelter within our community. If ordered to seek shelter, you must travel outside of our community. We have also added a link for our residents to be able to enter their address and it will assist you in locating the nearest emergency shelter.
There are also All-Hazards Disaster Planning Guides in the office. We encourage everyone to stop by and pick up a free guide.
